The inner lining of the rugged Friskmaster Glove exceeds Level 5 specifications. The cut-resistant lining is made from Powershield material, which is a combination of Spektra, fibreglass and polyester. When a Friskmaster Glove was tested against a glove using all-Spektra material, the Friskmaster Glove showed a remarkable 10 times more cut-resistance.
The European Community requires officers to wear no less than a Level 5 rated cut-resistant glove (the highest possible rating) - the Friskmaster Glove scored double the minimum score required to achieve Level 5 status!
