The Elex-7 is a competitively priced, single channel, high energy electronic exploder, which has been in production for over 15 years. It is designed for engineers and EOD teams to use for activating detonators and fuses, as well as activating disruptors and de-armers. It is also ideal for commercial demolition and excavation applications
The Elex-7's single firing circuit is checked by use of the Test buttton, and a LED indicates when the unit is primed and ready to fire. Inadvertent firing is almost impossible because of the Elex-7's recessed spring-loaded controls. Firing can only take place by depressing the Test and Fire buttons simultaneously.
The Elex-7 is available in two different versions - SE208 (Ignition Pulse Duration: < 6 milliseconds) and SE208L (Ignition Pulse Duration: Unlimited)
