The three section telescopic legs of the SE218 EOD Tripod can be adjusted to the appropriate height, allowing for flat or sloping ground. Lifting tackle is attached between the suspect object, the tripod's karabiner and the operator for lifting purposes. The top of the tripod is fitted with a triple block or pulley, with bearing, for easy lifting of heavy objects up to 850kg.
