The Ballistic Flotation Vest has been designed for Special Forces, Navy and Security personnel whilst operating at sea. It keeps the operator above water by floating regardless of his weight. The Ballistic Flotation Vest protects the upper part of a body from fragmentation and bullets with NIJ Level IIIA protection and allows the operator to float in any sea state.
